1001 Albums Summary

Great album. I've been getting into folk and county recently so was excited to be recommended a country album. Emmylou's vocals are beautiful. A lot of the lyrics are sad considering his death, but there are many upbeat songs, some have you singing the chorus on first listen.

Very 80s pop rock, if you like that this album is good, but honestly for me it was a drag. I prefer taking heads remain in light when it comes to layered 80s songs. This album has some popular songs that compliment the album well.
