Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere by Neil Young & Crazy Horse

I knew I was in trouble when I felt like I’d been listening to Round & Round for ages when I was less than a third of the way through the song. Boring, overrated album with songs that go on way too long with not much going on in them. For a band called Crazy Horse, their music is pretty standard-sounding and even pretty sparse on some of these songs. The awful high pitched singing voice Young uses also isn’t doing the album any favors. I like Neil Young’s politics, but Spotify was genuinely a better place in the two years that his music was gone from the platform. I did like the guitar solo near the end of Down By The River, though.
