1001 Albums Summary

1. So What - a classic melody that appears in many pop culture media. really nice to listen to and would sound amazing on vinyl. Trumpets at the 5 minute mark really stole the show for me. 2. Freddie Freeloader - reminds me of a song that would be playing at a jazz bar. very low key but did very little to evoke an emotional response 3. Blue in Green - the mesh of piano and trumpet was a good listen. 4. All Blues - reminds me of a song they would use in lupin to show a sly or sneaky individual going through their day. really picks up in the middle. the rhythm of the drums amplifies the song as the day moves on 5. Flamenco Sketches - The sorrow i feel while listening to this song is conveyed very well. this song was interesting enough to the point where i went and dug up additional information to learn that this was essentially 5 individual playing out their solos.
